As of May 14, 2021 farmers may now deliver raw milk to the consumer! This is a long overdue and exciting change brought about by the relentless work of the Farm and Ranch Freedom Alliance. You can read all about the change here.
Texas Legislation
Since 2011, groups like the Farm and Ranch Freedom Alliance have been working to change the law to allow raw milk dairy farmers to deliver raw milk to you. Ultimately the change was brought about through rulemaking rather than legislation. You can read about it here.
